Catch up regarding Ambition offer 2019-20
FAO Headteachers, Senior and middle Leaders
Ambition Institute is currently recruiting for two specialist programmes on curriculum (one for heads of subject/ department and one for senior leaders) . The closing date for applications is Monday 20th January 2020
They are both 18 months substantial development opportunities and don’t carry funding, but are a great option for a school or group of schools wanting to invest in those aspects of leadership.

Thanks to all the schools and early years settings who have signed up for Halton Healthy Schools Award and Healthy Early Years Status and are now accessing the Healthy schools multi agency offer. There are still a few schools we have not yet heard from, book your healthy schools visit by emailing hit@halton.gov.uk.

“Supporting Neurodiverse Young People in Schools”
The NHS England Long Term Plan aims to better support Children and Young People who are autistic or who have learning disabilities. In order to achieve the most positive outcomes for our young people, NHS England are keen that we hear from young people across different sectors in order that we make a difference to their lives. NHS England have agreed to fund three conferences in the North aimed at collaborative working with young people, parent carers, schools and wider providers of children’s services to work together to understand how reasonable adjustments can be made to better support neurodiverse school age children.
The events have been funded via NHS England North regions and are free for delegates to attend. The audience for these events are young people, parents/ carers, schools and wider providers of children’s services and places can be booked via the links below:
