Mental health and alcohol addiction

FAO: Schools and college leaders.

We have recently had shared with us a request to share a  new documentary style educational video which is sharing a personal story regarding mental health and alcohol addiction. It is based upon a family story who lost their son/brother called Tom. It is extremely hard but the family are working to share their story  across schools/colleges nationally.

Henry , the younger brother of Tom and his mother have been travelling around schools throughout the UK telling his story.  When covid hit they decided to make a film and try to raise money. They have won many awards and even been invited to Westminster where Henry was awarded the Youth Community Champion Award by Caroline Flint MP for Doncaster.

Please see the link to the film.

Please find the information below with the 5 minute trailer.

The Video is FREE all the family are asking is for the school to hold a charity event eg. non-uniform day, cake sale etc. to raise money for The Lost Days Charitable Trust. Their hope is  that this not only raises a huge amount of awareness around mental health and addiction for the students but also helps raise money for the Trust which is so important to try to help those suffering with addictions.
