Gas supplies
Applies to-All schools – who have their gas supplied by Corona through the HBC corporate contract
From April 1st 2020 all gas supplies that are currently with Corona will transfer to Total Gas and Power (TGP) as a result of a new framework agreement by Crown Commercial Service (CCS). The transfer will happen automatically providing that there is no outstanding debt with Corona.
It is therefore important that all accounts are up to date – if not Corona will object to the transfer and the supply will not be on the CCS Framework contract rates until Corona do agree to the transfer.
Just a reminder that if any site wishes to leave the CCS framework contract, notice needs to be given by the end of September to leave at the end of the following March otherwise the supply contract will automatically roll over each April.
