Healthy schools
FREE Relationships staff training for Primaries and Celebration Event UPDATE
Halton schools are AMAZING and Healthy schools wants to show case your efforts over the pandemic and show our appreciation for your fantastic work.
We are looking to pull together a professional video to be shared throughout Halton that shows our schools despite COVID times encouraging pupils and the community to be healthy.
We would want you to send through short video clips , photos and quotes which we will then have made into a celebration video.
Information can cover any aspect of health and wellbeing.
This video will be shared across HBC websites, you tube, social media and be used for school social media and websites, Therefore, parental permission will be required for any children featured in video.
Top tips for photos and videos
- Make sure all video clips are filmed in High Definition (most phones and tablets will do this automatically)
- Film and take photos in landscape
- Consider using a tripod where possible to steady footage
- We will be using music in editing of film so consider filming footage that needs no sound, or where sound is short (ie Children shouting ‘we are active’)
- Do not add writing or edit footage, send us any writing or quotes separately explaining where quote should feature.
- There is very limited time so think seconds rather than minutes, we want quality over quantity
- Make sure you have parental permission for footage and photos (school form attached)
please see attached start well leaflet
Please send footage, photos and quotes to Michelle.forder@halton.gov.uk no later than Thursday 20 May via email or we transfer (keep files as big as possible).
We may not be able to use all footage.
We will look to share to schools around the 1st week in July 2021 to replace our annual Celebration event
Any questions please ask Michelle.forder@halton.gov.uk or Angela. Beesley@halton.gov.uk
